Richard Hassey (HERE AFTER REFERRED TO AS Hassey Solutions aka Burnt Store PC) is committed to providing a consistently high level of service.

Some of the services that Hassey Solutions aka Burnt Store PC provides are as follows --

* If one's system won't power-on or BOOT, Contact Hassey Solutions. One Must have their own legal copy [Product Key] of (Windows™).

** In the event that a motherboard needs replacing and the motherboard is Proprietary↑, one may need to buy an ATX↑ replacement motherboard and an ATX↑ case and possibly an ATX↑ power supply, assuming that the motherboard cannot be obtained from the manufacturer or is no longer supported.

*** Excluding processors, unless the new processor can be positively identified by the motherboard model or the correct processor is mentioned in the owner's manual.

1. The customer's signature authorizes Hassey Solutions to perform services as requested for up to the amount of authorized hours at $45.00 for the first hour (First time customers Only). A one (1) hour minimum charge is required. The second hour or any part there of and each hour or any part there of there after; the service or bench rate is $85.00 per hour. Many issues are resolved within the first hour. The customer will always be notified for authorization prior to commitment of payment beyond the first hour. Sales tax is Not included in the hourly pricing and service rates. Florida Sales tax at 6% will be applied to the customer's total bill in addition to the cost of parts and service. 2. If service requires more than the authorized amount of hours, the customer will be notified prior to beginning work for approval. A one (1) hour minimum charge is required.
3. Payment is due in full upon Completion of service. The customer may pay with Check or Credit Card (valid phone number required) (No Cash accepted!--tips or otherwise).
4. By signing a service request, the customer personally guarantees payment for parts and for services performed.
5. Hassey Solutions is an independent agent and solely responsible for any equipment damage or quality of service performed.
6. Completion: in the event that the computer can not be repaired on-site, the customer will be notified --by way of the contact information provided at the time of pickup-- when repairs are completed. The computer will then be delivered to the customer on a day and time that is most convenient for the customer. The computer will only be returned to the person that has signed the request for service.
7. 3-Day Service is a service goal of Hassey Solutions. Hassey Solutions Strives to meet this goal but cannot anticipate parts being needed. Hassey Solutions does not guarantee or warranty this claim against payment. ****
8. Hassey Solutions warranties service for 10 days on original service work requests only. New problems are deemed “new work” and are chargeable. Hassey Solutions does not warranty parts however the manufacturer may warranty parts.
9. Parts such as processors may need to be paid for in advance. Parts may be ordered on the Internet; this may require additional time.
10. Hassey Solutions can not and will not be held responsible for lost data. Hassey Solutions will make every effort to preserve the customer's data, however; it is the customer’'s sole responsibility to backup all data before service is preformed.
11. By signing the service request form and/or purchasing Hassey Solutions Services from our Online Store, the customer agrees that they have read the above Terms & Conditions of service and agree with them.

**** Computers that will not power-on or POST may take weeks to repair.

Each signed request for service terminates at the Completion of work and a new signed request for service agreement at the then current pricing and rates is required for new work to begin.
